Ok, Ok, Ok, I finally gave in to the wonderful invitations to "join the club". I'm the one with the "not-so-mellow-yellow" 1993 RX7 R1. I have been out to the Pavillions car show in Scottsdale several times with the car in basically stock configuration. I took the car to the annual charity INTENSE POWER car show over in Gilbert on the 12th of December. The car now has a single turbo modification recently tuned at UMS, and will be featured, along with my white 2001 Nissan Skyline GT R34, in a charity calendar for breast cancer coming out later this week. I'm not sure if you can post photos here, but I'll try. Are there any other Competion Chromium Yellow R1's out there besides mine and Tim's? By the way, Tim's yellow R1 won a nice trophy for best Mazda at the INTENSE POWER show. My Skyline got second in the JDM category.

There are only 2 CYM R1's in the valley I know of. There may be a 3rd. there was one individual that was selling his for 19k with 36k or so miles. I couldn't make it the show in Gilbert. Sounds like it was a good time.
